My SSD is not detecting anway. I tried changing with new SSD but didnt work

Hi I got F32 disk failure error and then on system diagnostic tool i scan for any error for my SSD. But it looked there is error that there no hard disk found. Pleae check your power cable. I tried many ways so my SSD can detect. I replaced with new SSD but didnt work. I put the SSD as slave and secondary disk in my other laptop and it showed there without any problem. 

So it looked either my SSD cable on motherboard got faulty or the SSD board on motherboard. 
I tried to search the part but not able to find them on HP site. Can you tell me where i can find them used or new but reasonable price. Is it worth changing first cable ? I observe the cable jacket on board is slight damaged from 1 side not sure if that can be the cause. I found both on Amazon but they are out of stock.

Please allow your router to broadcast dual bands, your machine should be able to see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect

What type of ssd did you get? Please post the model number of the ssd in question.

But as i said i doubt the problem in SSD. I used windows media tool to install windows and there i got error "SSD drivers not available" but i don't have any offline drive packages. Can u highlight the offload packages i can download for SSD drive ?
As the system is blank so cannot run ".exe" file so need drives package so i can give path for it and use USB.
