I am running Windows 10 (64-bit) Since the last windows10 update, my Samsung SCX-3405F printer stopped working. I found that 3 Base System Drivers are missing and there is no support from HP available. I don't like to dispose of the printer as it serves me well.
Any advise what to do next?

I see that HP does not support your model PC and windows 10 drivers.
If you go to the Device Manger, do you see those PCI Bus devices listed under Other devices with a yellow coaution sign next to them?
I dont know if I can find drivers for it, if so.
You can right click any of the items listed with caution signs and reboot the PC to see if it corrects itself.
Otherwise, you could also try to revert back to a previous restore point before the Update occured.

Hello @Bernhard1940
Have you tried to reinstall the Samsung drivers for that printer?
What 3 Base System drivers are you refering to?
Its possible one of the recent Windows 10 Creators Updates my have messed with the printers drivers.
If so, you will need to contact Samsung about that issue.
HP does not support other brands of products.

Hi Photoray, yes I installed the Samsung drivers a few times. No luck.
The base driver are shown as PCI Bus 4 device 0 function 1 and function 3 and function 4.
It tells me nothing specific and I am anything but a computer boffin.
