My battery cannot last long enough for my computer to be produtive, sometimes, even when its charged, it blocks and I have to put on the charge cable again.

What can I do?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the battery issue. 

 

Please try these steps - HP Notebook PCs - Battery Does Not Power Notebook or Hold a Charge

 

Also, try updating the BIOS -  HP Consumer Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System)

I tried the steps you mencioned, and my battery passed the test.

I just can´t understand this result when I had already receives 3 warnings about that before the computer turn on.

Anyway, I downloaded the BIOS.

Don´t nkoe if the problem if effectively solved, or not, but thank you so much for your help.
