Hello, I'm not sure why, but this laptop battery doesn't last very long. Even on the battery saver mode.
I contacted HP who explained to me how to calibrate the battery. Which I did, but it didn't fix the problem. I can use the laptop for 2 hours MAX.
Sometimes, the battery will indicate 10% and it will shut down.
I bought it at Best Buy a month ago or so.
It's extremely inconvenient. When I looked it up, before buying it, I found great reviews for this laptop and it's battery life.
HP hasn't been very helpful, and I don't know what to do.
Thanks for your help,
