Hello,
My 14-ce2500sa laptop has recently developed a battery problem. The battery is registering at 0% and doesn't charge at all, no matter how long it is left on charge for. If the cable is taken out, it powers off automatically and cannot be turned on; it can only do so when the cable is plugged back in.
The LED next to the charger socket flashes white on and off whenever it's plugged in; on normal operating, it would glow solid orange when charging, then solid white when fully charged.
What should I do? Can anybody help me?
