Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today I was using my laptop and the battery ran out really quickly so I went on HP battery Check software and it said my battery was very weak. It said that the full capacity was 22% of its designed capacity. Where can I go to get it fixed or buy a replacement battery?

 

This is bad considering it is just over a year old

Appreciate you trying the steps to isolate the issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the battery replacement, they should be able to help.
