Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. My laptop model is HP EliteBook 840 G3. From this morning, I've noticed that my battery percentage is stuck at a certain level while the power supply is connected to it. When it's removed, the battery drains normally but after that when I put the supply back, the battery got stuck again at the percentage where the power supply was plugged in again. In simple terms, the battery isn't charging (Staying at the same percentage) but draining normally after I cancel the power supply. I tried re-installing the drivers, updating BIOS version to the latest one but still there's no result. Please help me with this problem ASAP...
