About the Laptop about a few weeks ago. I have never enjoyed using this laptop. Its extremely slow and i can't get anything done. I attempted a ping in the Command line and the results actually appeared one character at a time.
In the task manager, there is nothing out of the ordinary but the CPU usage is hovering between 90% and 100%. This is crazy. Any ideas? I bought it on Amazon from HP but i am in Ghana and will be difficult for me to send it back. Really need help
My Specs are
Processor: AMD A6-9225 RADEON R4, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C +3G 2.60 GHz
Installed Memory: 8.00 GB (7.47 GB useable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

I suggest you run an Extensive Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
If all the Test pass, please perform a Reset. You can follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289
