Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've looked on the forum and haven't been able to figure it out. My camera does not work. It never worked, I had not noticed because when I bought it, I never tried the camera option. I've tried numerous apps (Zoom, Skype) and all I get is a black screen when I am in a video conference. Sound works fine. I had uninstalled the camera program and reinstalled it. I've run diagnostics and it says everything is working fine which is clearly not the case. I've checked that the applications are using the correct camera and yet no one can see me.

hmm I hope you are under warranty as this seems kinda wierd that the camera never worked. I know that for most camera related things you will have to make sure that the camera is turned on in apps such as zoom ect.
