There's no camera driver for Windows 11. The reason why the camera is not working is because there's no camera driver installed in my device. And the Microsoft supporter tell me that I should contact HP to download and installed you a compatible driver for Widnows 11 and in my device. But I am currently living in Viet Nam and my uncle bought it in USA. How to contact HP to install a new camera driver? Thank you for reading this question

Hi @viviannguyen271,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the camera on your HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15 is not working when using Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check camera privacy settings: Make sure that the camera is not blocked or disabled in the privacy settings of your laptop. On Windows, you can access these settings by going to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Camera" and ensuring that the camera access is enabled for the specific applications you're using.
- Update camera drivers: Outdated or incompatible camera drivers can cause issues with video conferencing applications. Visit the HP support website and search for your specific laptop model to find and download the latest camera drivers. Install them and restart your laptop to see if it resolves the issue.
- Test the camera in other applications: Check if the camera works in other applications or programs that use the camera, such as the default Camera app in Windows. If the camera works fine in other applications but not in Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, the problem might be specific to those applications.
- Check camera permissions within the video conferencing apps: In Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, make sure that you have granted camera permissions to the respective applications. Look for the camera settings within each app and ensure that the correct camera is selected as the video source.
- Disable conflicting applications: Some other applications or software running in the background can interfere with the camera's functionality. Try closing or disabling any unnecessary applications and see if it makes a difference.
- Restart the laptop: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches and refresh the system. Restart your laptop and try using the camera again in the video conferencing apps.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
