i am using envy 13 gen laptop , and i just bought it yesterday , its camera was perfectly working when i open it , buut after updating it the camera is not working , i dont know whars wrong , kindly plz assist

Did you try rolling back the camera driver?

It could be the camera driver or the USB driver if the camera is connected to the USB .

In the picture below you would select the camera driver and then look for 'rollback'

If you cannot rollback the driver then try to find the best one or let windows try. One way is to just uninstall the camera and reboot as described in this official HP document..

The below post, unfortunately, is complicated but is useful if there there is no camera drivers at the HP website to download.

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
