If the windows event viewer does not indicate the source of the problem then there is a hardware problem causing the freeze.

I have had a lot of system as participate in BOINC and have several racks of systems.

When a problem like this shows up I try running the CPU and memory at a lower speed, adding additional cooling (fans), running the fans at %100l, using an Air Duster.

I do not think the problem is the battery.  Do you have the same problems when running on A/C ?

Use the Edit Power Plan to keep the CPU out of turbo mode

Change the %100 to %99 for processor state

See if there is a BIOS setting to lower the memory speed otherwise use intel's XTU to underclock.

Sorry for not responding for a day, I was really busy yesterday. The MRT showed that 11 files infected got detected and treated. Since then my computer hasnt crashed, so I will warn you as soon as the computer crashes again and proceed with that solution. For the time I'll be praying that this problem is solved.
