Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 (78G48AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Once I tried to close my laptop's lead, the left-side display hinge and fractured fractured and I can't even close the lid! It's only been 19 months since I bought my laptop! I used my previous laptop for 10 years and it never had any physical problems! Of course, this defect stems from poor build quality. I have both valid HWM Offsite and HP Operations Contractual Service types of warranty but when I contacted HP support he said "this is physical damage and it is not covered under warranty"! warranty services are always looking for an excuse to say "this issue is not covered under warranty!!!"
