Hello There

Over the last couple of weeks my laptop has become difficult to open the lid as it has become lopsided and cracked the lid near the hinge area on right hand side and this morning it has popped out of screen side so is now hanging on by the outer red part of hinge that is connected to cracked area of lid.

As i've seen in other forum questions on here HP has taken care of them when been out of warranty so please help me HP.

Many Regards Zac
