Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I wake up early this morning I left my pc on charger but when I try to power it up isn't charging at all  , or blinking a light so I try  to remove a battery to see if I plug a charger without a battery can it power up but it is just blinking orange light and also power button and caps is blinking  also but can't power up . Please help me to fix this problem.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and the caps lock light is blinking.
