WhatsApp Image 2021-07-10 at 3.36.15 PM (1).jpegWhatsApp Image 2021-07-10 at 3.36.15 PM.jpegi have registered a case in HP regarding keyboard issue as some keys are not responding  .i have tried all the ways which had been  told by support. finally they told will send keyboard to service center as i  have still warrenty .  but service center people was telling  that there is break in Keyboard so only we cant do   this in warranty .  actually i just tried to remove backspace button and tried to  keep it again . but it was not fitting into it . in screeenshot you can see.   For this  purpose service center people  denied the request. can any one help me .like is there any way to fit backspace button in keyboard.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.  

 

Please don't throw the key which is popped out.

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
