HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have an HP envy x360 15 which I purchased in August 2020. As of today, the keyboard keys have been relaying incorrect symbols. For example, if I press the R key, then the word 'eiru' displays on the screen. The Y key displays 't]y' and if I hold the Y key down then it just continues with only 'y'. In addition to this, the Y key also increases my screen brightness, where as the FN key will lower my brightness. Some keys still work, such as the  Q, W, A, S, Z keys. They still display correctly. So does P, O, L keys.

So far I've tried setting the language correctly, uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard, running anti virus and ensuring the num lock is off. None of these have worked.

Please help.
