Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My keyboard stopped working. Using On-Screen keyboard now. The mouse pad still works but no keys work ever while in Windows or booting. Things I've tried: unlock keyboard Cntl+Alt+L, reboot, uninstall and reinstall keyboard driver. Read that I should try to go into the BIOS and reset to default. Unfortunately you have to press the esc key while booting to enter BIOS. Keys don't work. Any ideas?
