Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop screen freezes and restarts whenever i press it from bottom while holding it. Even a gentle press causes the problem.

I bought it around two months ago really unhappy with the product. Really frustrated with this HP product . Please help me diagnose it

Apologize for the issue with the freezing and restarting. We understand it's a new notebook lets try a few troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

 

Check for the windows update?

 

check for the bios update?

 

Check for the graphics drivers is the update?
