Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have not done any software changes in my notebook 

windows 10 64 bit operating system 

 

MESSAGES WHICH POP UP:

during startup, a message coms saying your cooling fans has some problems. 

many time after being very hot, the notebook thermal shutdowns
