HP Recommended

My HP Pavilion Laptop 14-dv0xxx doesn't charge from usb type c port, when its turned on. While turned off it charges when plugged on usb type c port. I tried with 44 W and 80W chargers. Why I am unable to charge while laptop turned on from usb type c port? help
