At this point when comparing the storage capacity from when new to current, I would change the battery.

Dear @mylaptophelp and @erico 

We all agree that the battery is "old" and the internal resistance (ohms) has become too high. If battery still works, albeit with less runtime, then that's ok, but a replacement in the near future is inevitable.
