@Naga_G,

Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check BIOS Settings:

  • Restart your laptop and press Esc or F10 to enter BIOS.
  • Disable any power-related settings like "Fast Boot" or "Wake on LAN."
  • Save and exit.

Turn off Fast Startup:

  • Go to Control Panel > Power Options.
  • Click on Choose what the power buttons do.
  • Uncheck Turn on fast startup, then save changes.

Update Drivers:

  • Make sure your battery and power management drivers are up to date from the Device Manager.

Battery Health:

  • If your battery is old or damaged, it might lose charge even when off. Consider replacing it.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
