- After using drivers booster to update all outdated drivers my laptop became extremely slow , I can't even open any folder or app. I tried restoring but it keeps giving me this message"problem restoring your PC". Please 🙏 I need help.

You do not need 3rd party "driver booster" apps. This is a good illustration why. You do not give us the model number but if its fairly new there is an HP Cloud Recovery app which will allow you to reinstall a clean factory image. Or you can install a bare Windows 10 from Microsoft Media Creation Tool site and then get your drivers from the HP Home Page for your model.

I told you. You are going to have to clean the hard drive completely and reload Windows from an external source. You cannot do a system recovery from the existing Windows itself. Either use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool or the Microsoft Media Creation Tool.
Its also not impossible you have a hardware issue going on and the driver app is not the cause but I do not think so.
