I'm trying to contact HP, but I can't find the correct email or phone number.

A month ago or so I started using my laptop for image processing and usually the CPU gets really warm but it hasn't been a problem or too hot.  Yesterday, when I placed it on my lap, I instantly felt it burn my thigh through my clothing.  Quickly, I moved it off of my lap and checked my leg.  It burned me.  It's a small but painful burn.  Today, it's not so hot but I'm afraid it will get hot again and burn me again.

Years ago, a friend asked me to fix her HP laptop that was overheating and running slow.  I was working on fixing it when I fell asleep with it on my lap.  This was at the time I was still feeding my baby throughout the nights and I was a really exhausted mom.  When I fell asleep with my friend's HP laptop on my lap, it burned me.  That time it was a 3rd degree burn.

I tried searching this to see if this is a common thing since now I have been burned twice in the same area of my leg from two different HP laptops, but I can't find much about it.  How would I contact a real person from HP about this?
