My laptop is OMEN 8 Pro(In China) also known as 16-k0000(594K2AV)
It has i7 12700H and 3060 inside
HP said it support PD charging via its usb-c ports(thunderbolt 4)
But when I use my Lenovo 135W PD charger to charge it
It has no response of anykind(no charging light,no system notification,no battery icon change)
I tried to charge it when its battery shows in system is 100% and 70% and 50%,also no response.
Im sure that this is not caused by charger and/or usb-c cable.
charger is this Charger lab review Another review from chongdiantou.com(in Chinese)
My typec cable have bulit in e marker
I also tried the usbc cable that comes with 135w charger is also cant work
IDK if its related but my OS is windows 10(I downgraded it)
(Sorry for my bad english,Im not a native english speaker)
