Good Day
A few days ago i noticed that my laptop detects only 4gb out of 8gb originally installed, i thought that its ram sticks, but after i correctly installed a new ram that is compatible (DDR4 16x2GB 3200Mhz CL22), it shows 16gb out of 32gb.
In bios, in Windows it detects only 16gb of ram, and in programs like CPU-Z it detects full 32gb, i checked ram slot, and it didnt seem dirty at all, or it was broken, i reset bios but also nothing, i no longer know what to do in that situation, i asked one guy about it and he recommend to check "if ram slot is activated in motherboard" but idk even how to do it.
I scrolled many sites with problem i had but nothing helped.
I also checked if 32gb ram even works for laptop, and it does.
