I'm currently trying to check the warranty on my recently purchased laptop, an HP Envy x360, but every time I enter in the product number and serial number on HP's warranty checker, it says "We were unable to match your product based on the information provided." I copied both the serial and product number straight from myHP. I also tried to search the product number on the support site, and nothing showed up. I purchased it straight from HP's website, and is still available (https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-envy-x360-2-in-1-laptop-14z-fa000-14-8y5m5av-1).

ENVY 14Z-FA000 X360 AMD

The site still won't let me check my warranty with the product number on the product support page and gives the same error. HP support assistant also says my warranty is unknown.

As I said, machine is new, did you register your machine yet. Please wait for system to update.
