My laptop dv6-3225dx power for second and off !!

Hello all
This is my problem with my laptop after 1 year of overheating !!
I replace every think rams and hdd and bios battry etc.. and still the same problem i call a it pro. He told me the cpu is dead and i should replace it !! So i want to upgrade it from slbu6 i3-350m to i7 ! I read here

Can i use this cpu :

Intel Core i7-840QM processor with 1.86 GHz, SC turbo up to 3.2 GHz, Quad 45 W

Is it compatible with my board !! I need confitramtion i dont want to waste my money

Your laptop came with part number 633383-001, UMA HM55 i3-350M motherboard (from HP part listing).
Processor is not listed separately in HP part surfer.

Page 23 says that i3 350M comes integrated (non socketed) with board - unique to board. Do you cannot upgrade processor unlike the thread I linked above.

I didnt understand that part about integrated and non sockted !! Can i explain them !! Is this mean i cant replace my dead cpu !! Or i cant use other type of cpu i should use the same model number cpu !!

Unfortunately no. It is integrated into your board. HP part surfer also confirms this.
