ive only had this laptop brand new for a tear and in April of 2021 the warranty ended, Ive barely had this laptop for 3 years and now it is failing me. I don't know what to do...

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing Fan issues with the Omen by HP Laptop Fan is not working correctly.  

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • Adjust the power settings, clean the fan vents, check for suspicious processes.

If the issue still persists then it could be a hardware issue with the Fan.

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.
