Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop gives this error, I updated the bios but the laptop still turns off after removing the batteryWhatsApp Image 2024-11-26 at 18.31.26.jpeg

Hi @Leyla0000 

 

It is a CMOS battery error which is integrated to the main battery of the notebook, if the battery is damaged or removed it gives this type of error.

I think I need to replace the battery, it gives both 502 and 601 errors.

Error 601 indicates that the total charge capacity of the battery is below 25%.

 

The part number is :

 

Battery (3-cell, 41 Whr) L11119-855

 

Use this part number in a search engine to find a reseller
