@Akshatabm, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
High CPU Usage: Check if any apps are using too much CPU.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc, go to the Processes tab, and close any heavy apps.
Dust Build-Up: Dust inside can cause overheating.
Use compressed air to clean the vents and fan.
Intensive Tasks: Running heavy programs like games or videos can overheat your laptop.
Close unnecessary apps and use your laptop on a flat surface for better airflow.
Update Drivers: Old drivers can cause problems.
Go to Device Manager and update your drivers.
Fan Issues: The buzzing sound might be from the fan.
Check if the fan is dirty or damaged.
Power Settings: Your laptop might be running too fast all the time.
Go to Settings > System > Power & Battery and switch to Balanced power mode.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
