Product: Hp15-132wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is missing the cooling system. This was noticed when opened for service for cleaning due to overheating. Any explanation and help is appreciated.  Kinda hard to clean the heatsink fin's if they are missing.
