I have 2x4 of the same model of memory RAM.
In the Notebook manual says "DDR3L-1600-MHz dual channel support"
But CPU-Z put that my pc are working in Single-Channel Mode. I need help.

It only has 4 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) (one stick of RAM). How do you see DUAL when you only have ONE ?
