@Praveen196 Thank you for your early response!
I have done the windows updates and it is updated the windows to newer version of 2004. Now there are no more updates in windows updates neither in HP support assistant but my fn key + f5 and ctrl key + x is not working. ctrl + c and ctrl + v is working but ctrl + x is not working.
Thank you again for your efforts,
Have a great day!

@Praveen196
I checked the link however this methods did not work because my BIOS is updated to insyde F.31, So I can't find any update whereas in drivers options in HP Support website, the driver for BIOS is F.29 so I tried installing it but it can't be updated.

I understand your concerns.
Please rollback the BIOS and check.
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK
Have a nice day!!
