Product: HP ENVY-17t-ce100

My laptop says model 17t-ce100 on the back. Does that mean it's not CTO? I also have an HP Envy 15t-AS100 laptotp with a cracked screen. I am debating getting a new screen or transplanting the 1T SSD HD into the 17t machine.  Also, the 15t has 16 gb of ram. Can that also go into the 17T machine?
