Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop screen turns black when I move the screen or when I touch a little on the back of the screen. What can cause this problem?
How can I deal with this issue?
Thanks alot.

Hi @giladneiger,

Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums,

I understand that you are facing an issue with your notebook where the display is turning off when you touch the screen or move the screen. Happy to help.

May I know the model number of your computer?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

The issue you are facing seems to be a hardware issue. However, to confirm recommend you to boot the computer to BIOS by tapping ESC or F10 on startup and.

Once the computer is in BIOS, touch the screen or change the angle do the screen and check.

If the issue persists in BIOS, please contact our phone support for the service options.

If the screen behaves normally in BIOS, recommend you to run HP Support Assistant to update BIOS and the display drivers for your computer.

Keep me posted.

If the information I've provided was helpful,

Good Luck.
