My laptop suddenly had a blue box text saying that i need to run a diagnostics test, after a quick scan, it came up with 2 failed check with the failure ID being: 0KWF30-BN2CL6-MFPWWJ-60FM03 for failed Hard Drive/SSD smart check and 0KWF30-BN2CL6-MFPWWJ-60XV03 for Hard Drive/SSD Short DST Check. What should I do?

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.

 

For (original) Windows 10/11. please use Cloud Recovery tools
