@dulshan123 Welcome to HP Community!

I have a few steps listed below that should help you resolve this concern:

Unplug the charge, Turn off the laptop and turn it back on after 30mins.

Reinstalled Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under device manager:

1) In the search box, type and open “Device Manager”.

2) Expand “Batteries”.

3) Right-click the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" that is listed there.

4) Click on “Uninstall”.

5) At the prompt put a check in the box to remove the current driver

6) Shutdown the computer.

7) Remove the battery for a minute and then put it back in.

8 - When the computer comes back up it should automatically find the driver.

9) Go to Device Manager.

10) Expand Batteries.

11) Right-click the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" that is listed there.

12) Click "Search automatically for updated driver software"

Do the same thing with Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Embedded Controller.

Sir first of all thank you for your concern, I tried everything as you said but the problem still exsist as before and still shutsdown suddenly never start until I connect it to the adoptor. Is there any other solution with you regarding this.

@dulshan123 Did you happen to click on the links I had shared at the bottom and follow those steps as well? If yes, what was the result of the hardware test I had suggested for the battery? Please reply with the results for further assistance as the fate of your device lays on its results, its not as serious as that sounds, don't worry, i'll tell you what you need to do, if the hardware tests fail or if it pass, either way, I need the information/results.

Yes Sir I did the adopter test and the battery test and those results show them as PASSED.Screenshot (63).png

@dulshan123 Try to run your system with just the power adapter see if turns on and run and turns off normally if it does then that part of the power system is working fine and the problem would be a with a malfunctioning battery, as the test is based on the current function but its only failing at random times, hence the program may not be detecting it.

Keep us posted.

Yes. Power adopter seems to be working fine, problem is when with the battery power is there any way to fix it.
