My laptop won't turn on but the power adapter LED is still on

Hey everyone my notebook won't turn on but the power adapter LED is working and on. I've tried pressing f10 and escape it didn't work I've tried holding windows key and b and it didn't work I've took the battery out and basically tried everything and I don't know what else to do so if you'd have any ideas how I could fix this let me know.

This seems like a hardware issue with the battery, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
