Product: HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (1T4K8AV)

my laptop is HP 250 G8 Notebook which is 11 generation and has window 11 and it is new almost a month and my left side speaker doesn't work only 3 time I hear crackling sound from that side of speaker I tried to install drivers from the official website but still no solution it is new and I don't think it got even a scratch .
