Hello, my manufacture's warranty expires in 10 days, per the warranty status check. I followed the prompts to put my serial number In the "Check my Warranty" section, but when it gave me the days I had remaining on my computer, there was not a link to file a dispute. I purchased my computer November 2, 2021 so I need to dispute the warranty and provide my receipt as proof but I am unable to locate the "file a dispute" link anywhere. I need a little help here as this is time sensitive. Actually I purchased 2 of these computers the same day from Target. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for your reply and suggestions. I have done it step by step at least 20 times and the "Dispute This" link is not on the page anywhere. I did hear on the video that if the link does not appear it could be because the computer is a commercial product? and could not be disputed online. I am clueless as to how to talk to a live person with HP. Every click sends me into this continuous loop with a virtual support assistant. Again, same results. I am not sure exactly what a commercial product is, but evidently that's what I have. No other reason was stated in the video explaining the absence of the "Dispute this" link.
Thanks again for your assistance. Hopefully I can get through to a live person tomorrow. I will admit I am a bit concerned after reading around a half a dozen people that are having the exact same issue as me and have yet to receive results for their request.
So, keeping my fingers crossed here. Thanks again and Happy Tuesday to you..
