I got a new HP Laptop and it makes a whirring sound like a jet engine. I tried all the previous instructions but nothing worked. Will it affect my computer and how do I make the sound stop? Please help me Hp

Those whirring noises are the fan and with new PCs, that have more powerful processors, the fans run a lot more a lot louder than on the older laptops.
Every week, Microsoft pushes out Windows Update, and with Windows 10, those are downloaded and installed automatically without your knowledge or permission. When this happens, the processor is pushed to 100% as is the disk utilization and those cause the fan to run at maximum speed. If this is happening to you only once a week, this is the issue and there is nothing you can do about it.
If this is happening more often, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely.
I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet to check out the problems.
If they are unable to fix your PC, then you need to explore what options you have to get it replaced under the warranty.
