I have a problem with my HP Notebook stream notebook it gives me boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk hard disk 3F0 F2 system Diagnostics

This notebook is a gift so I don't know what to do if it has a hard drive problem

A hard or forced reset erases all information in the computer memory. This forces the system to clear and reestablish the software connections between the BIOS and the hardware. https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01443463
