I bought my laptop not even a year ago, and now it's not working. When I bought my notebook it was working pretty slow and now it stuck on the shutting down  screen.  I have my warranty and it's not out yet but it does not cover a corrupt hard drive. I have three hp laptops but after this experience I don't think it will by buying an more.

1) What's the model name of the computer?
2) What's the operating system installed on the computer? Refer to this link for steps to find the product details.
3) Were there any hardware or software changes made? 


Please try the steps mentioned here for performance issue.
