I recently noticed that my notebook omen 16 was not receiving any charge at all, no blinking light on the display, i can use the notebook but with the remaining battery, i dont know what to do, ive tried to charge vía usb c and still nothing.....

First thing to do is check your adapter for proper voltage with a multimeter. Also check for play at the jack when the adapter is plugged in. They can get worn out by jerking on the adapter plug.
