Product: HP 14-dk1000 Laptop PC (8VZ02AV)

Just today I started experiencing this battery issue. My laptop takes about 5-10mins to charge and drains back to 0 quickly and shuts down. It sometimes even shuts down at 70%. I need help, I'm getting frustrated
