How do I remove that cover?

I would guess that if your model includes both camera / webcam and camera cover, that the cover mechanism slides to the side to expose the camera lens.

Thanks for the response. However, I have checked and there is no sliding feature on my laptop.

It just doesn't look like the camera lens is covered (in the guides).  That said, there might be a bit of sticky-film covering the lens that was applied to protect the camera during shipment. ?

 

Based on the illustrations in the device Service and User Guides, I do not have another explanation.
