Hi... sir I am from india. I am using HP G42-415DX laptop
I am trying to update my drivers and bios but it's shows unavailable to your product please help me

Hi:
Your notebook is not supported by HP for W8.1.
There are only drivers for W7.
When you open the page, you get this message...
We were unable to find drivers for your product.
Just above and to the left of that message are two blue links...
Choose a different product
Choose a different OS
Click on the Choose a different OS link and a window will open.
Select the OS type on the left side, and the OS version on the right side.
You will only be able to select W7 or XP. I doubt there are many XP drivers.
You can try the W7 drivers on W8.1. Some of them may work.
