Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0000ng

Hi guys, 

 

So my fan stopped a few weeks ago (error f10 I believe?) and the system gives me a warning not to start the PC because fan is not working. I open the laptop and clean the fan and then again turn it and it works fine although it makes funny noise. Now, yesterday got the same issue, opened the PC and ofc no dust as I cleaned it a few weeks ago and now a made a thorough clean and it still makes a funny noise and wont turn on normally but prompts me to click enter if I want to turn it on. So only one fan is working...

 

Where can I get a replacement and my warranty ran out like 1 week ago...

 

is any help from HP directly possible?
